In a Saturday video, Jenelle Evans seeks help on social media to ID the intruder roaming her property.
The incident happened just after 1 a.m. A man in an orange jacket knocked on her utility room door and tried to lift a sliding door off its hinges. Evans reports that the man subsequently went to her “She Shed,” where the footage continued.
It’s hard to see, but the man seems to be handling metalāmaybe a door or lockābefore Evans shouts “police” in Spanish from her porch.
The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office confirmed someone reported an attempted break-in at Evans’ home on Sunday.
Evans stated her husband, David Eason, did not take part in the incident and emphasized he was not involved.
The surveillance video’s release stirred reactions, given Evans’ fame in reality TV.
Evans and her family are safe post-incident, and she thanked local authorities and the community. She describes the incident as one of the scariest moments in her life.
